Originally a Bakers Mill dating back to the 1890's Erinvale purchased the property with the intension of converting to warehouse apartments, but with opposition from local residents, adapted the strategy to co-operate with planners and local residents, and instead provided spacious 'rustic' office accommodation to commercial tenants.
