
The subject of a high profile marketing campaign - the site was occupied by a block of 8 apartments under single ownership. Erinvale beat off stiff competition to acquire the site on an unconditional basis. Re-organizing several tenancies to cement the investment value, and in association with another developer, prepared a scheme for the redevelopment. Subsequently the site was sold with planning for the development of four large Victorian villa's, which was supported by Greenwich Council.
