Positioned in the heart of the Cator Estate within the Blackheath Conservation Area, Drake Court is a fine period home set in a secluded plot of approximately half an acre. Developed in the 1820's by John Cator, the Cator Estate is one of the most sought after residential areas in South London. Drake Court is one of the original manor houses on the estate, and is believed to have been designed and built circa 1900 by the renowned architect George Smith as his own personal London residence. Institutionalised in the 1960's, the property was most recently used as a residential care facility.

Erinvale purchased Drake Court, and with the benefit of lawful use as a single family home subsequently sold to private clients.
