Formally a BMW Service Centre, Erinvale identified the site prior to it coming to market. Erinvale operated swiftly and an unconditional purchase was concluded.

Extending to circa 15,000 square feet, Erinvale were conscious to adopt a strategy to divide the space around incoming tenants. Subsequently the building has been successfully renovated and is currently full let to multiple tenants.
