Formally a bomb damaged site, Erinvale purchased the land and successfully gained planning permission for the construction of a large commercial premise, with retail at ground level and offices above. The complex construction entailed working with archaeologists, and English Partnerships (SEEDA) as the many underground passages were believed to have been historically linked to Pocahontas.
